Delete your JFT Test account

You never need an account to take tests in JFT Test. An account exists only if you chose to sign in with Google or Apple to keep your results across devices. You can delete it at any time, in either of the two ways below.

1. Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open JFT Test and tap the 👤 (Account) button at the top of the home screen.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

Your account is deleted from our server at once.

If you bought the 2-month pass: it belongs to your account, so deleting the account also deletes the pass — it cannot be restored, even if it has not expired yet.

2. Request deletion by email (if you no longer have the app)

Send an email to contact@anantrading.com.vn with the subject “JFT Test – delete my account”, and tell us:

• how you signed in (Google or Apple);
• the email address of that account (for Apple’s “Hide My Email”, the relay address shown in the app’s Account screen).

Please send the request from that same email address so we can confirm the account is yours. We delete the account and reply within 30 days. You can also ask us to delete only your synced test results and keep the account.

3. What is deleted

• Your email address and the account ID provided by Google or Apple;
• all test results synced to our server;
• your sign-in sessions and any purchase entitlements linked to the account.

Nothing is kept on our server after deletion. Copies may remain in our backups for up to 60 days, after which those backups are deleted automatically.

Test results stored on your own phone are not on our server. They stay on the phone until you uninstall the app. Payment records of the 2-month pass (receipts, refunds) are kept by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies — deleting your JFT Test account does not delete them and does not refund the pass.
